Failure to comply with booking policies will result in an immediate two-week suspension of booking privileges. Additional offences will lead to permanent removal from the club.

Court Booking & Club Policies

At The Supreme Court, we believe in creating an environment built on trust, respect, and great experiences, not rules. That said, a small set of clear guidelines helps ensure fair and equal access to the courts for all members.

Club Access

• To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment spectators and parents are not permitted inside the bubble.

Court Bookings

• All bookings must accurately include every player participating in your booking.

• Guests must be registered and paid for prior to play.

• Members may book courts up to 7 days in advance, beginning at 6:30pm.

• Member bookings are limited to one hour between 6:00pm–9:00pm weekdays and 9:00am–1:00pm on weekends. This includes overlap times, as an example 5:00pm – 7:00pm or 8:00pm – 10:00pm bookings on weekdays are not permitted.

• Members may book up to 2 hours per day and hold a maximum of 4 hours over a 7-day period.

• Within 24 hours of play, all time restrictions are lifted. Members may reserve additional court time, subject to availability.

• Rebooking courts under a different booking types or names to bypass restrictions is not permitted.

Payment

• All bookings must be secured with online payment by credit card within 15 minutes. Unpaid bookings will be automatically released.

• A confirmation receipt will be sent upon payment. This serves as your official reservation record.

Club Access Code

• The facility door code is included in your booking confirmation and is required for entry.

Guest Play

• Members may host up to 2 guest bookings per month.

• Guest fees must be paid at the time of booking.

• Guests may play a maximum of 4 times per Winter season and 4 times per summer season.

Coaching & Instruction

• Instruction is exclusively reserved for TSC coaching staff. Outside coaching is not permitted under any circumstance and will result in immediate removal from the club without refund.

• Ball baskets and hoppers are not permitted on court, except when using a personal ball machine.

• During nonprime hours (Monday–Friday before 4:00pm), TSC staff may utilize courts for programming without restriction.

• During peak hours, a maximum of two courts per time slot may be used for instruction.

• Additional courts may be used within 24 hours if availability permits.

• From May 1 to September 30, instructional court usage is unrestricted.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive an automatic credit.

• Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
